MARCH 2021

MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL

We are delighted to have ended this term on a high note. We would like to thank our esteemed parents, teachers, the children who have made it possible plus our directors for the continued support and guidance.

We also welcome the new families that have joined our Oak community you are most welcome.

I am happy to inform you that there has been a revision in our curriculum (Cambridge) and come next academic year, we shall be teaching the new one. Isn’t that amazing?  This term has had many exciting events which are aimed at producing a holistic child.
With continuous training, our staff has had training on how to incorporate technology in teaching to match the digital revolution that Education is going through. As the children take a break let us keep them learning because learning does not only happen at school.

We wish you a restful break and looking forward to having you in April.

MESSAGE FROM DEPUTY PRINCIPAL

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone back to school for the 2020-2021 school year! 2020 was a year unlike any other, with many unprecedented events happening in our world. A big thank you goes out to everyone for their patience, flexibility, and understanding, as we have had to (and will continue to) adapt to new routines. Our school has developed plans that include both resource management and health and safety changes.

With this said though, what impresses me the most about Oak international school is the ‘community involvement’ of our building. A trusting relationship is key to a successful year, and our staff will be working hard to establish this foundation. If there is anything you feel that your child’s teacher or the office should know, do not hesitate to reach out.
Have a happy and safe holiday!
Sincerely yours,
Rumina Gaulani.

Communication from finance department

Hello Oak Family,

We hope you are keeping well and safe. As we come to End of Term, please note the new payment plans below:
Children using school transport must clear transportation fees before they start using the school van. Contact the accounts office for your fare prices.

A requirement list has been posted above please take note that we are encouraging this in order to avoid any sorts of contact between children through sharing to ensure as much protection as possible from the rising COVID-19 cases in the country.
70% of school fees must be cleared before the beginning of each term. Failure to meet this will result into 5% surcharge for late fees payments.

In case of any concerns please feel free to contact the accounts office on the number below,
We hope you will take these new changes into consideration with immediate effect
We look forward to having you all back to normal school next term
